Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is going to miss San Jose California ...
Vegas Bob started working on the (New) Santa Clara Family Center in downtown San Jose in February 2015.
It has been a great project to work on, beautiful building and VB's last day working there will be November 25 2015.
Vegas Bob will post photographs after the project in complete and opens in spring of 2016.

Only 1 day until Vegas Bob leaves for Alaska ;o)
Well the count down is finally over and Vegas Bob will finally be flying on a jet plane tomorrow afternoon.
I wanted to get off this last post before I left because I don't know how many days it will be before I can launch off another post.
Please keep in mind that Vegas Bob did bring his cameras and laptop, so when he does get some free time he will be sharing some fresh photos of The Last Frontier ;o)

Robert Swetz has been taking photographs since he was 16 years old and continues to this day taking photographs from around the world.
Around 10 years ago Robert starting getting into shooting videos from around the world.
In 2008 some friends and associates at the Activerain network gave Robert Swetz the nickname "Vegas Bob" and since then Robert has carried the Vegas Bob name within his blogging and networking.

Ever since I was very young, I have always been a very creative person, as a child, teenager and far into my adult years.
As a young child I was painting and drawing quite often. As a teenager I continued to paint water color and oil paintings, and my parents purchased a Polaroid Camera in the late 70's when I was a teenager.
To this day I continue to take photographs, videos, paint and write books.
One of the problems is all the people around me lately don't take photographs, videos, paint, etc.

Transfiguration of Our Lord Russian Church Alaska Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Vegas Bob stopped at this 110 year old Russian Church on his way to Homer Alaska last Sunday. And this was very exciting for Vegas Bob because he has ancestors that are from parts of Russia. UFO's Aurora Borealis Northern Lights Alaska Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Here are some photos that Robert Swetz captured early this morning at 1:30am 11-15-2014 in Anchorage Alaska. Please forgive Robert for the blurriness of the photo, because they were taken with his iPhone. Robert Swetz aka "Vegas Bob" doesn't have his laptop connected to the Internet. Beautiful Sunrise in Alaska by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Here are several photographs taken from Vegas Bob's iPhone this morning following some great Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) captured 5 hours before this.
When these photographs were taken it approx. 180 degrees of the shy was colored, not like only where the sun is rising. My "Photographs" are my Memories of where I have been in Life!
When ever I travel I make sure to take plenty of "Photographs" of the different places I have been. Sure we have Memories of our vacations and place we have traveled but the Memories in our heads sometimes become blurred, broken up and "Fade Away."
"Photographs" are like a "Fingerprint in Time" a "Captured Moment" a "Visual Setting" that shows that exact Picture Frame that you were there.
Every once and a while I will dig out one of my hard drives that holds most of my "Photographs" … (13 comments)
