Some inviting Views of The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada
Just about everyone knows that it snowed in Las Vegas, Nevada and temperatures have been very low. But it won't be long before the temps get back up into the sun bathing and shorts weather.
This pool looks a little empty right now but that is because it was early morning when I took it. Tourists were partying so hard, they don't even get up till noon.

What will the Real Estate market be like in 2009? Non stop construction at MGM City Center- Las Vegas, Nevada
Building continues at the MGM City Center and over half of the towers will open in December of 2009. Construction will continue with the following towers after the Grand opening.
There are rumors floating around about funding, etc., these are just rumors and I really can't see anything stopping the constructing of the second largest project in the world.

Can anyone tell me where this is and how much this little home is selling for at the bottom of the page?
The home in the photograph is very small so it is very hard to see, so I have blown it up at the bottom of the page.
This home is for sale with about 1000 acres included with the home, does anyone have any idea how much it's selling for?

It was Christmas Eve day and I am working on a new project for Harrah's in Las Vegas Nevada. Caesars Palace expansion and I will go more into detail when I take some photographs next week.
I have been working on this project for almost 3 months now and I try to be friendly with everyone working with my crew. I talk with them and try to get to know them on a personnel basis.

Christmas is suppose to be a joyous time for families, friends and loved ones.
A time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and what he means in our lives
A time to love, laugh, eat and be merry.

Beautiful Cedar City Utah has been having some growing pains.
This very small city just East 45 miles East of St George Utah and 60 miles East of the Nevada State Border and only 127 miles from Las Vegas Nevada has been growing up some.
With higher elevations, many people have grown to love the lower temperature climates verses the hot desert temps that are usually over 100 degrees 6 months out of the year.
Many people from Las Vegas ski through the winter months instead of taking the 5 hour drive to Salt Lake City.

Here are two identical photographs, one with natural light coming through a window and one taken with flash.
Which one do you think makes a better Photograph, Natural or Flash?
The many years I have put into photography, I prefer the Natural light coming through the window. There is more contras to the photo. But I know many will like the photo with the flash because it brings out the faces of the people in the photo.

Before you comment quickly with your words, I would like if you took a moment and really thought about the question in the title.
Most people are going to come back quickly with family in their comment. What about the family brings you happiness.
For me, it's not family because I come from a family of broken marriages and family dysfunctions, so this answer will not work for me.

Here is some sunshine for everyone waking up early at The Rain!
This wonderful photograph was taken at Red Rock Canyon after the first snow fall in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I shot around 40 different photographs and if you viewed the other photo I posted you will see that they are quite different.
This photo is for everyone to look at how beautiful mother nature can be and how the sun can create such wonderful photographs.

Some times it's the little things in life we take for granted, like a boat ride with your mother.
These little boys are about to go for a little stroll around the lake with their mother. And by the look on the boys and mothers face, their already having a good time.
If you look real close at the boys face you can see some large white looking marks. This is a chalk substance that comes from a tree that Burmese rub on their faces to prevent sunburn.

Yes, snow in Las Vegas Nevada!
It has been snowing off and on for two days now, the surrounding mountains are covered with snow. And these wonderful girls are loving the snow, they are even making snowballs and throwing them at me. I had to be very careful when they were throwing the snowballs so they wouldn't hit my camera. These two girls are related to me so it's alright.

Beautiful Sunset at Red Rock Canyon
This wonderful sunset at Red Rock Canyon right on the edge of Las Vegas Nevada was taken 12-16-2008. I wanted to share it with everyone before you went off to bed, but I may be a little late.
So when you view this photograph in the morning, just try to imagine that it is a sunrise.
