prices: Find your Home before prices rise along with interest rates

If I was interested in purchasing a home anywhere in the United States in 2015, "Now" would be the time to purchase ;o)
Even without having a "Crystal Ball" to look at on the best time to purchase, etc, I seriously believe prices and interest rates are going to rise by spring of this year.
And Vegas Bob is predicting interests rates to rise around the middle of 2015 or early fall.
So for any persons interested in purchasing a home, commercial property or any real estate for that matter ...

How much do these homes cost at Carmel By The Sea in Monterey Bay California? Here are some average looking homes I came across as I was walking around Carmel By The Sea in California. These homes (are not) located directly to the coastline of the pacific coast, but are fairly close. So just by looking at these beautiful looking homes, can anyone tell me off the top of their head roughly how much these homes may be worth? What is the Average Price for Home Staging by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Vegas Bob is curious about some of the pricing on Staging a Home because Vegas Bob has never Staged a Home on any of his listings. Vegas Bob has sold many New Homes and shown many clients Models at the developments that are staged. "How about your City"? Are home prices inflated 10 20%?
The banks in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada are sitting on a HUGE inventory of homes, approx between 20 - 30 thousand, give or take. The banks are so greedy that they will slowly trickle these bank owned homes into the market so they can get the best prices possible. In Spring of 2014 as the banks drop their homes into the market, they will have very (low) price tags on them. Then investors along with home buyers will swoop into Las Vegas & Henderson to start the bidding wars … (6 comments)

The inventory of Real Estate (Homes) in Las Vegas Nevada has become very small For anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Las Vegas area the time is now. There are very few homes available, Banks will be dropping more Foreclosed/ HOA homes on the market in February of 2013 but the prices on these homes will be inflated by the Banks and many of them will be homes that will be bid upon with the highest bidders getting the homes ...
