There are some very large construction projects coming up in Las Vegas Nevada in 2016 & 2017.
Along with a boom in construction projects on Las Vegas Blvd and other parts of the city, comes a boom in home sales.
Right now the wait is because election year in 2016 creates a slow down of construction and uncertainty of investors, corporate America, etc.
There is a great chance that Robert Swetz will continue selling Real Estate in Las Vegas and work on construction projects for the next couple years.

The Doors of Opportunity continue to open for Robert Swetz, but he will enter only through one door.
2016 is going to be a very busy year for Robert Swetz aka Alaska Bob ... aka Vegas Bob.
Alaska Bob will be finishing up a construction project in San Jose California around December of 2015.
Around the end of December 2015 Vegas Bob has the opportunity to work construction on the new APPLE Headquarters in Silicon Valley for 2 years.
This project is so far behind that the workers will be working serious overtime which = BIG $$$$$$

Every once and a while I like to reach out to my Friends & Associates, and today is one of those days!
Since January 2008, I have seen so many Friends & Associates come and go at the Activerain network.
I am not sure if some of them retired from the real estate industry or just took a few years off.
And of course along with some of the originals that have left, has come a (new) group of Friends & Associates and you are all welcome.

Whenever Robert Swetz finds himself in conversation with family, friends and clients, he still brags about the Activerain network.
In fact whenever people are talking about states and cities across the United States and Canada, Robert always mentions his associates and friends connected to the Activerain network.
And if Robert ever comes across people talking about cities and states across the U.S., he asks them in they have a Realtor working with them.
The Activerain network is by far the largest group of persons connected to Real Estate, and Robert will continue to mention all of his associates and friends connected to the Activerain network.

New horizons continue to take place for Alaska Bob & Vegas Bob, and a quick heads-up ... both AB & VB are the same person = Robert Swetz
Vegas Bob continues to work on a huge construction project in San Jose California, and this project will last till Nov-Dec of 2015.
Vegas Bob still owns a place in Las Vegas and with family there and a license to sell Real Estate, he will be keeping it for a while.

With the purchase of Activerain by Ben Kinney and Bob Stewart coming back, Vegas Bob has given second thought on leaving the network.
Vegas Bob met Ben Kinney at a Activerain seminar many years ago, along with Bob Stewart around 2010 in Las Vegas Nevada.
Both Ben and Bob are very intelegent individuals and Vegas Bob feels with both of them coming back that the Activerain network will finally turn around in a positive way.
There were many Activerain members that left and or quit posting blogs when Trulia and Zillow took over.

With temperatures in Las Vegas reaching 105, 110 & 115, it's a little toasty outside to be showing homes.
So that being said, who is interested in traveling to beautiful Alaska to look at some homes?
With temperatures of 50 degree lows and between 70 to 95 degree highs, what ideal temps for a vacation, or searching for a second home.
Another bonus about Alaska this time of the year is 22 hours of sunlight to play ;o)

Working several months now on a project in San Jose, we were finally given a 2 day weekend.
I remember years ago when I would work real estate in the mornings till around 2-3pm and then change my office clothes into construction clothes and work until midnight.
I did this for around 5 years until the market crashed around 2006-2007.
These days when I try and think back, I wonder how I did it?
And was it really worth it? Losing all that time in my life.

Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob has traveled all over the United States, from ... Wyoming, Colorado, Oregon, Montana, California, Utah, etc, and has never viewed a more beautiful place like Alaska.
Robert Swetz's first visit to Alaska was back in 2001, followed by approx 90 days in a 4 month period in 2014.
Robert Swetz aka Alaska Bob will be traveling once again in the middle of July 2015. Alaska Bob will be visiting with his new wife and fishing Halibut, and taking new photographs.

I became a member of Activerain back in January 2008 and have over 3800 posts on the network.
It's so strange to see less comments left at my posts that are written about Real Estate, it puzzles me.

If I was interested in purchasing a home anywhere in the United States in 2015, "Now" would be the time to purchase ;o)
Even without having a "Crystal Ball" to look at on the best time to purchase, etc, I seriously believe prices and interest rates are going to rise by spring of this year.
And Vegas Bob is predicting interests rates to rise around the middle of 2015 or early fall.
