Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has been a glazier (glass installer) for 40 years of his life.
His father owning a major glass company in the Midwest which brought Robert Swetz into the occupation at a very young age.
Along with being a Realtor selling real estate, working in the construction industry as a glazier Robert Swetz also has several corporations including real estate investments along with photography & videos.

One of my co-workers and his parents are interested in purchasing some acreage with a home on it in Flagstaff Arizona.
I mentioned to him today that I have some associates that sell real estate in Flagstaff AZ.
Vegas Bob is interested in a 25% referral fee and is willing to pay for the home inspection of my friends/clients should they purchase a home in Flagstaff.

The way Robert Vegas Bob Swetz see's it ... he will stay licensed as a Real Estate agent in the state of Nevada and or another state the rest of his life on the earth.
As long as Vegas Bob can read & write his will stay licensed. Now Vegas Bob will of course retire from the construction trade as soon as he can.
And as for collecting Social Security, whatever, chump change and Vegas Bob can collect on his pension from construction and still work as a Realtor.

This is not the first time this has happened to Vegas Bob and he is quite disappointed by some actions of Real Estate agents in Las Vegas Nevada.
Vegas Bob received a text message from one of his associates at the ActiveRain network. They had a client interested in renting a home in NW Las Vegas. I myself don't do property management, (Only) for myself so I referred my AR associate to one of my friends.

Vegas Bob's father was thumbing through some old family photographs and came across this one and several others of his son the Realtor or Actor?
Actually to set the record straight when this photo of Vegas Bob was taken in ... well ... when he was 17 years of age he was in acting school and modeled clothing for runway, magazines and several TV commercials.
And later went on to becoming a Artist, Photographer, Writer, Traveler and "Yes" Realtor.
