I have read so many books through my life on Philosophy, Life, Meditation and more ...
I purchased a book several years ago and picked it up for another read. This book is all about "Letting Go" and creating (Emptiness) within our lives. It's about "Letting Go" of Possessions, Relationships and different things that control our lives and help to create Stress, Problems and make our lives Miserable.
The book suggests sitting in a quiet place for at least 30+ minutes everyday, closing our eyes and thinking of (Emptiness) totally nothing. As your sitting your mind will be bombarded with … (7 comments)

When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shorted my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.
But it, too, seemed immovable.
As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.
