This is Vegas Bob's 5th day on vacation in Southern California. VB isn't much into sunbathing so he walks miles and miles down the beautiful sandy beaches of the Pacific Coastline.
Some might say, "This would be Boring"
I find walking the beaches of the Southern California to be quite interesting. Chatting with people fishing, looking at all the different shells and rocks, watching all the people and families having fun, watching the surfers and of course coming across very interesting Beach Sand Art.

San Diego County is in for possible record highs in temperatures today 4-8-2014. This is what Vegas Bob viewed on the news last evening. It's a good thing VB is use to hot temperatures from living in Las Vegas Nevada.
So back to the title of this post ...
The name Vegas Bob is not fitting in real well down in Southern California, and VB wants to fit in where ever he goes.

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz his brother and some friends went to "Willow Beach" fishing for trout on the Colorado River 8-26-2012. Willow Beach is located approximately 20 miles south of the Hoover Dam/ Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, and is in Arizona with Nevada across the river.
While we were fishing for trout some BIG HORN SHEEP came down from the cliffs several times to drink water and visit with Vegas Bob & friends. VB followed them up parts of the cliff snapping photographs and making strange noises. While VB was making noises and taking photos several of the BIG Horn … (8 comments)

Yesterday May 31st temperatures reached 109 around Las Vegas Blvd and today the weather person is predicting around the same temps, 108-109. So for everyone in the Southwest & Las Vegas Valley areas (Drink Plenty of Water), try to stay out of direct sunlight ... "Step into the Shade" when ever possible ... Bikinis and "Girls-Girls-Girls" When Robert Swetz was growing up and working with an older gentleman he noticed the man looking and talking about women. This man had been happily married for 40 years, he said the day you quit looking is the day your dead ... he said a married man can look but not touch. This by far one of my favorite places on Earth, and within the next several years I will have purchased a condo as one of my getaways to relax and enjoy life!
This place is a "Photographers Dream" because of its (Sunrises & Sunsets) ... with very warms temperatures and humidity that creates thick air, which in return creates deep orange & red colors that make photographs incredible.
This photograph above is just one of thousands that I captured on my trip to this wonderland ... ;o)
