Resorts World Las Vegas is finally on it's way and what a huge project for Las Vegas Nevada. Construction Workers, Realtors, "Locals" and people interested in moving to Las Vegas.

With interest rates as low as they have ever been what better time to purchase Real Estate. The tourism continues to boom in Las Vegas Nevada as if nothing ever happened to the economy over the years.

The last couple of New Years Events Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz has been on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas Nevada, but may try The STRIP this year for a change.
VB is going to check and find out if there are any Music Bands on Las Vegas Blvd and if there is he might just be taking videos on The STRIP!

Vegas Bob was taking a stroll shooting a short Video of "Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas" and came across a couple "Famous People" These two individuals are quite Famous to VB and I am Crazy about them.

How much would you pay to purchase a "Home" in Las Vegas Nevada?
There are some great deals in Las Vegas Nevada on Commercial Buildings, High rise Luxury Condos, Homes, Vacant Land and more.
Sure HUGE Investors came through and picked up on many of the deals, fixer-uppers and investment properties but there are still many more to go around.
And by this late Fall of 2010 some of the Banks will be throwing more Real Estate on the Las Vegas Market.

After work today I took a short drive out to Red Rock Canyon only 10 minutes from Las Vegas and as I walked up a short trail I found many benches like the one in the photo empty.
Red Rock Canyon is a very, very beautiful area and if you ever come to visit Las Vegas please make sure to take a short drive and view it for yourself.
I lived in Las Vegas almost 2 years before I ever knew about Red Rock Canyon and now Vegas Bob is sharing a local secret with you.

Please take a close look at this photograph that I took straight across from the (New) MGM City Center that will be opening in several weeks.
My wife and I took a walk down the new bridges at "City Center" and as we came down the escalator this is what we saw all over the streets.

Which city in the United States will rebound the fastest?
We are rounding the end of 2009 and 2010 looks like another slow year.
In Spring of 2010 the market will be up with sales moving very quickly but then the rest of the year will continue to level off.
One of the cities that is going to rebound faster than any other in the United States is going to be Las Vegas. The tourism is so huge inLas Vegas Nevada and with the opening of (City Center) people will be flocking to Las Vegas by the thousands.

I have been working on the MGM "City Center" in Las Vegas Nevada for around 4 months now, I am working at what's called "Harmon Tower." The building with the blue glass in the photograph (above & below) is "The Harmon Tower."

There is a new flower display at The Bellagio Hotel with a (Ferris wheel), exotic birds and some American Flags.
It looks like the Daisy's are going for a ride!
And get a load of this water caught in mid air, I have several pics like this and they are very different.
