Graduation in Las Vegas by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz 5-14-2014 It is graduation time in Las Vegas Nevada, and here are just a few photographs that Robert Swetz took for these graduates. The young lady in the first photo is like a daughter to Vegas Bob. So when she asked if I would take some photos of here and her friends, I said of course.
VB took around 200 different photographs of Mi Mi and her graduate friends, resized the photos and emailed them.

Do you keep in contact with your past clients, and how often?
Past clients that have either purchased homes from us or listed homes with us are very important. In fact many times over the years if they purchased a home from us, they might sell this home just to get into a larger home. Or they might purchase another home for investment, relocation, etc.

Well it's that time of the year again when Vegas Bob needs to get his vacation time in before the construction gets out of hand in Las Vegas Nevada.
I try to go to Lake Tahoe, the redwoods in NorCal and the beaches of the Pacific Coast every year. I have been to the pacific coast 3 different times this year, Lake Tahoe is still a little to cold so VB is either thinking New Mexico or the redwoods.

I was told many years ago that I am too "Honest" to sell Real Estate.
Several years ago some of my Burmese relatives mentioned to me more than once that I was to "Honest" with my clients. They said that I would sell more homes if I wasn't so "Honest".
If fact Nu Nu and one of her brothers mentioned to me that I shouldn't even sell Real Estate, because I tell my clients the truth all the time.

Here are just a handful of the many groups at Activerain that Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz moderates himself! Robert Swetz has more groups at Activerain then any other member and always finds time to (Feature), comment and reply to most comments left in these groups.
The main reason that Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz formed all these group is because when he first joined Certain Groups were deleting his posts from their groups. This bothered Robert so bad that he started forming his own.

I am sure there are many of you that wonder why Vegas Bob spends so much time in Southern California. Well it's because he continues searching for a small home or condo for future retirement.
And let Vegas Bob tell you something about any properties even close to the pacific coast ... "Expensive"
Even properties 30-40 miles inland from the coast are so inflated, it is unbelievable. So if for any reason you come across properties in communities your looking at across the country, think again!
And try searching properties along the pacific coast of California.

Starting at Midnight 12:00pm Robert "Vegas Bob" Swetz will be dropping off the "GRID" for 7 full days. The reason for this drop is because VB has some very important business to take care of. And VB needs to really focus on a future venture without Social Media, Networking, Texting, Etc.

Vegas Bob has always wanted to travel to Jerusalem, The Holy Land and Egypt. VB wants to walk where Jesus Christ carried the cross, where he was crucified. And VB wants to go to the Pyramids in Egypt and view the Sphinx.
