Searching for Advice from Activerain Members!
I have been contacted twice to work on a building at MGM Grand City Center in Las Vegas Nevada for a Glass Company called Walters & Wolf.
I worked for Walters & Wolf on several projects in Las Vegas, Red Rock Resort & Casino, MGM Residences, etc. The building Walters & Wolf is working on is The Harmon Tower and if you look at it in the photo below it has blue checker board windows.

Every time I go down to "The Strip" to view this project I get goose bumps! This project is so huge for Las Vegas Nevada, Locals & Tourists are very excited about the opening of (City Center)
Around 75% of the buildings will be finished and opened in December of this year 2009.
I would love to own a condo myself in one of these buildings at (City Center) because it is like a city built right in the middle of "The Strip"

Las Vegas has really been getting hit hard with investors, first time home buyers and more.
They are flying in from around the world and putting in their offers on New Homes, resales and more. Some Banks are letting some of these homes go for some smoking prices.

1) Are these networks another way for the government and other individuals to monitor people and know where their located?
2) Can people on their computers be traced back to their IP computer address?
3) Have you ever read the book (1984) or seem the movie?

The three buildings (above) are The Panarama Towers and in the future there will be a total of five buildings when complete.
Condo units are starting in the 300k range and there are many different floors to pick from.
The Panarama Towers are located on the West side of I-15 and straight East across the freeway is The MGM City Center.
If you look at the right hand side of The Panarama Towers you can see The MGM City Center.

Vegas Bob takes Helicopter Ride from Boulder City over Lake Mead - Nevada.
Easter Sunday I took a Helicopter ride with my wife Nu Nu, my brother and his wife over Lake Mead. It was very exciting and the views were very beautiful.
The photo (above) is the Helicopter that we went up in and the photo (below) is Boulder City. If you look real close at the long straight rode you can see all the cars backed up driving east to cross the Hoover Dam into Arizona.

It took me 15 months of hard work to become ranked #3 in Las Vegas, Nevada and Clark County within the Activerain network, now what's my move?
Business has been great through Activerain, but that's another post in the future!

When I first joined Activerain just over one year ago there was a member from Activerain in Las Vegas Nevada and this person is huge at AR & knows many, many people around the network.
I met with this person about 5 months ago and I really like what I have been hearing about their Team of Realtors.
I will be meeting with the team on Tuesday 4-7-2009, shake some hands and get a feel if this might be a team I can work with.

Sunday me and some friends were at Lake Las Vegas and it was very beautiful.
Lake Las Vegas is about 10 minutes from Henderson Nevada and about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas City limits, which in turn means it's very close.
If you have never been to Lake Las Vegas I would suggest next time you take a trip to Las Vegas Nevada, you take a short drive and check it out.

There are apartment buildings and homes around and behind Casinos all over Las Vegas. Over 50% of these homes and apartments are broken down with boarded up windows, doors, etc.
These areas are very scary if there are people living in any of the homes or apartments. And many of them are drug dealers and criminals, and some may ask why are these people so close to "The Strip"
The number one reason for the run down areas, condemned buildings and vacant land is so the (City, Casino Owners and Investors) can come through and purchase this land and … (9 comments)

Vegas Bob's clients are very disappointed in Bank Owned homes for sale!
I spent the morning with some clients looking for homes around 120K in locations that were within 10 minutes to Las Vegas Blvd.
The homes we had picked out looked very nice from the photos that were attached through the MLS sheets. The photo above is the front of one of the first homes we looked at. Very nice on the outside with some trees and (location, location, location).
My clients were very excited to get inside and take a look.

In the fishing area are hundreds of fish from around the world hanging fro the ceiling.
There hundreds of different styles of fishing poles, lures and everything you would ever need for fishing.
There are also Boats & ATV vehicles.

I was cruising through one of the casinos in Las Vegas Nevada snapping some photographs and I came across the huge fish tank.
And there was a mermaid swimming around, I had to rub my eyes because I thought I was hallucinating. I opened my eyes after rubbing them and there she was swimming around.

Yesterday I ran into Miss Giraffe at a special location in Las Vegas and she was looking at me with her big eyes and long eyelashes.
