Over the past few years I have sold over 100 foreclosed properties as a buyer's agent like the one in the above pcture. The deals were great. But now that has changed, many of the foreclosed properties  (all foreclosed property in SW Florida) being listed now (REO) are priced as high per square foot as non-distressed move in ready property. If you as a buyer are only considering foreclosed homes and purchasing from that list you very well may be paying more than you should. There is a wonderful part of Bonita Springs that I discovered the 1st time by making a wrong turn. When I discovered this peaceful area, my wife and I knew this is where we wanted to live. Months later we purchased our current home in a community named Southlands, most people get it confused with the community named Fairwinds to our due north.

SAN FRANCISCO – Oct. 29, 2013 – If home prices edge higher, the housing market will see higher home sales, according to a new paper by two senior economists with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
