So many people want to own a condo here in SW Florida until they learn about the so called "high HOA fees". Why are some fees 750.00 per quarter and others 4000.00 or more per quarter? The higher of the HOA fees will typically be either be bundled golf communities, meaning that you do NOT pay extra to play on the golf course other than perhaps a small fee for cart rental.
