Should I Buy & Rent My Naples or Bonita Springs Property? See all property www.buyfloridare.com

Would want to furnish and rent seasonally or rent it annually unfurnished? Based upon those answers I can properly formulate my response. If my buyers does not see themselves using the property at all over the next one to five years I would suggest an annual rental, less to deal with and much less wear and tear … (0 comments)

Basic steps to investing in property to resell or flip.
Whether you are a 1st time investor or a repeater typically the same rules should apply to make a good return on investment. Many would be investors who are not given proper guidance end up buying a property that they get buried in and either make little or no profit.
How do you avoid this you ask? You need to be working with a Realtor that understands the market, someone who is not in for a quick sale and disappears before it is time for the resale because they know how difficult it … (0 comments)

investment: How to choose a Realtor? - 03/08/16 10:48 PM
The 7 Reasons you should use to identify who will represent you in one of largest purchases you'll make in your lifetime?
1) Experience. Using an agent with 1-5 deals under their belt could cost you a deal or cause you to overpay for your purchase.
2) Knowledge. A good agent may be able to identify an issue with the home that may eliminate it from your list before wasting money on an inspection, not to mention getting excited about something that may not be meant to be.
3)Experience again. Consider this, if you had to have a major operation or medical procedure done, who would … (0 comments)

investment: Fla.'s housing market shows gains in Sept. - 10/21/13 05:23 AM
More closed sales, higher median prices, increased pending sales and the continued stabilization of the homes-for-sale inventory resulted into a sunny outlook for Florida’s housing market in September, according to the latest housing data released by Florida Realtors®.
“Throughout the year, we’ve seen Florida’s housing market strengthen, and that positive momentum continued in September,” says 2013 Florida Realtors President Dean Asher, broker-owner with Don Asher & Associates Inc. in Orlando. “Home values are rising, and many homeowners across the state see improving home equity. Those trends are helping to ease tight inventory levels in many areas as people who had been waiting … (0 comments)
