Bob: I will probably be selling my house in Kingstream in the months ahead. I hate to do it, since it is such a wonderful community, but it looks like I will be relocating to Wisconsin soon. Would you show me what properties have sold in Kingstream the last 6 months? I want to keep track of what is happening with sales trends in the neighborhood.
Also, could you post a link to showing which homes are currently for sale in Kingstream as well as those that are under contract?
