goals: Planning Day "2008"

Today my office had a mandatory meeting to "Get Ready" for 2008. It was to see if we where we wanted to be at in our business, and if we would like to do more. It was very eye opening, and I want to get my goals in place, and stick with them. I want more business so I have got to get my goals straight, and have a plan in place.
