motivation: Planning Day "2008"

Today my office had a mandatory meeting to "Get Ready" for 2008. It was to see if we where we wanted to be at in our business, and if we would like to do more. It was very eye opening, and I want to get my goals in place, and stick with them. I want more business so I have got to get my goals straight, and have a plan in place. motivation: What People Don't Think About

Well, I would like to start off saying that I am a REALTOR and this is my job, and I don't do this for my health. I guess most people just think we don't do anything at all. I got a call this morning a FSBO wanted me to come talk to her about listing her property, I was getting everything ready to go to be able to present a listing presentation, and then the phone rings and she says she is going to list with another company and if I had a buyer to call that company.
