Yesterday I wrote a offer on a property, and this morning I got up and went to my hairdresser, and to have some ME tim While I was sitting in the chair this morning my client calls and tells me they want to withdraw their offer.WHAT? While I was on the phone with my client I get a beep, and it was the other REALTOR to let me know the sellers accepted the offer. Well, I would like to start off saying that I am a REALTOR and this is my job, and I don't do this for my health. I guess most people just think we don't do anything at all. I got a call this morning a FSBO wanted me to come talk to her about listing her property, I was getting everything ready to go to be able to present a listing presentation, and then the phone rings and she says she is going to list with another company and if I had a buyer to call that company.
