Wishing to sell a home usually means the owner has a fairly set idea of what he or she wants to net out of the sale, in what way the buyer will accommodate the seller's moving schedule and maybe even a limit of what the seller plans to improve or repair in the property to reach that desired result. Occasionally, the price and condition of the house allow this scenario to happen. Many times the expectations are a bit unrealistic, with the result that the home is listed but does not sell.
