Looking for advice from other AR Members. I have used both the Talking House System and Flyers on my Listings and I was wondering what everyone else experience is with Talking House. I have had a few calls from my signs but no real leads as of yet. I started using them a few months ago, though. I also use Full Color Flyers at all my listings as well. The bill actually amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in several ways but the issue of forgiven mortgage debt is very interesting. Since we are talking IRS issues, that means this is not just an Arizona issue, but impacts the whole nation.
