I'm open to discussion on this, but want to share what I have found as I have researched tools to better market my listings to sell and to win more listings.
During my research, I came across a website http://agent.point2.com/, which will syndicate your listings to several websites for more exposure. This service will automatically post your listings to such sites as Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist, Oodle, GoogleBase and so many more once you enter your listing information into their website through your account. Great service, right? Well, I have no problem with the service other than a few things:
