truckee: Do you really want me to vote?

Tonight from the living room of a Tahoe lakefront home, I was reading and responding to several blog posts. Finally, I was inspired with the subject of my first blog. I was reminded that soon we will be voting again in this great country. The post I was reading was encouraging everyone to exercise their right to vote, remembering to do so on November 8th. I added a comment that... while remembering that voting in our free country is a privilege not afforded to people in every corner of the world, we must also recognize our solemn obligation and duty to educate ourselves about the issues that we cast our votes on. … (9 comments)
