Listings with no pictures........seriously if you really want your listings to sell, it's called a camera. If you have a cellphone, you have a camera. Why on earth would anyone hoping to make money selling real estate not understand that if there's no picture on the listing......it won't sell.
Most of my business comes from out of state or international buyers. The process usually starts with phone calls and emails. The Buyers ask to start reviewing potential listings before they fly in to view. I set up the criteria and they start to get emails. If a listing has no pictures … (4 comments)
