It's been about 2 weeks and trying to connect with a new client to sign the paperwork to list her house.  She truly is busy -- has a lot going on!
We've set meetings for weekends, after she got off work, during lunch breaks, etc., but each time she canceled for "insert reason".  I was beginning to think she really didn't want to put her home on the market.
Last Friday, we set an appointment for Tuesday - she calls yesterday -- "can we change the time?" - no problem!  As we discuss times she finally says, "I read on your blog … (14 comments)

You listed your home, the rider sign reads "By Appointment Only".  The apologetic agent showing homes in your neighborhood says, "But the Buyers insisted - would it be possible to see your home since we we are here?"
What do you do?  This is your chance!  Don't even think twice - open the door, smile and say, "Of course you can!" then hope like heck they buy it!
