We all know that expressing our appreciation to our clients is important, but how do you do so in a meaningful way. During the holidays my wife bakes traditional dutch cookies and pastries as gifts for our friends and family. Now we have included our clients in this tradition. It is labor intensive, but not as expensive as other types of gifts and says thank you in a much more personal way.
