I have completed my first week as a real estate agent in the Bakersfield area!! It has been quite a whirlwind. There is soooo much to learn and no one is going to hold your hand. Thank God I am a quick learner!! Marketing is the my biggest project. Leads do not just walk in the door so I have to let the public know that I am available to service their real estate needs.
