Hello Fellow Agents, I was wondering what everyone is experiencing with the new HVCC system. Are you happy with it? Do you hate it? Have you had any mishaps? I am just wondering because we submitted for an appraisal over two weeks ago (for FHA loan) and we have not even had contact from the appraiser, nor has any appraiser been out to the house. I am very concerned that the new system is going to cause LONG delays and the appraisals are not going to get done quickly or even in a timely manner. … (0 comments)
