I read in the newspaper this morning that the FDA has deemed meat and milk from cloned animals to be safe. It is not being sold in stores right now, but it is to come. I think this is WRONG!!! I can't see how anything that is genetically altered can be safe. It did not state in the paper if when it is sold to the public if it will have to be disclosed or not. But I will not buy it. We don't get alot of snow around christmas, but this year may be different. The weatherman predicted a trace to 1" of snow for the OKC Metro area. I haven't been able to visit AR the last few days, I have been without internet service. But I am one of the lucky ones. The majority of my tenants, friends and family have been without power since early Monday morning. There are trees and power lines broken all throughout Del City and Midwest City. I've had approx 8 properties that have the weatherheads pulled off of the back of the house. My electrician is probably getting tired of hearing from me. Tressie Flood Samson turned 100 years old today, marking the many changes of 100 years on the prairie. She was born in a sod house southeast of Trenton, Nebraska the same year the washing machine was invented. Tressie is my husband's grandmother and we attended her birthday party in Oberlin KS this past weekend. We had a really nice trip and the weather was gracious to us.
