Good evening. It was a beautful day in Crestview, Florida today. It started out today in the mid 60's with a light breeze. It actually felt like Fall weather. The Feds dropped the interest rates a half a point this afternoon and we actually sold another unit at Ironhorse Townhomes. Our market in Ironhorse has started to pick up. Baker, Florida is growing as Crestview expands. The Daily News reported that Okaloosa county is purchasing land to have room to expand the school for Baker. Crestview is now the largest city in Okaloosa county.

Monday August 27th, 2007 Okaloosa County School District is gearing up for the construction of two new Crestview schools, beginning with their names.
The county School Board unanimously approved the names Riverside Elementary School and Shoal River Middle School at its meeting Monday.
The schools will replace Richbourg Middle School and Southside Elementary School and accommodate overflow from nearby schools.
