It wasn't that long ago that I published an article titled, "Forsalebyowner.com - Is It Worth The Price". I actually had a lot of traffic which proves that probably the thought of selling a home on your own probably hits about every consumer's mind at one point or another. I recently received an email letting me know that in an article titled, "For Sale By Owner: A Look at Selling Your Home on Your Own" that my original article was referenced and linked to in this article. I love the for sale by owner market! In the Grand Rapids, Michigan real estate market and the Michigan real estate market in general, trying to be a for sale by owner takes a lot of guts. I don't mean this in a bad way. What I mean is that it is tough enough to sell even when you are represented by a Realtor because there are so many homes for sale in the Grand Rapids marketplace.
