Recently many of you have asked about hiring someone to do BPO's and take BPO photos for you. Most companies require that you yourself take the photos and complete all the work. However, if you have a good relationship with the vendor, meaning a high score/rating and you KNOW the subjects market area like the back of your hand I do pay someone $10 to take 8 photographs (even if you only need 3). I use a licensed real estate agent that needs some additional funds and I actually have the broker take the photo fee straight from my BPO checks. … (0 comments)
