New Development in Circle C Ranch
                Many people I have spoken with lately at open houses or in the community have asked about the new development in Circle C Ranch.  Most noticeable is the new retail center of ParksideVillageat MoPac and Slaughter.  The initial phase includes Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, Austin Diagnostic Clinic and two retail buildings. The Austin Diagnostic Clinic includes an urgent care center, general practice, allergies, and pediatric divisions. Tenants for the retail buildings include Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, ATX Bikes, zPizza, andKokoFitCenter.
