Housing Market On Fire In Tampa Florida!!! That's right, you heard me correctly-the real estate market is on fire here in Tampa Florida. And yet I hear from the national media, the local media and agents in my very own office, "the market stinks." WHAT?!?! Stinks of the smell of transactions and money maybe, but stinks in general-no way!
At the height of the so called "bubble" here in Florida, roughly 05-06 there were approximately around 14,000 homes on the market, about a 6 month supply. After the "pop" there were anywhere from 18 to 25 months supply of homes … (2 comments)

We have all heard the saying, "A Picture is worth a 1000 words." So why is it as Realtors do many of us forget this? Online searches and marketing sell over 30% of homes and yet I come across so many listings with a finger in front of the lens, the car door frame in the picture, blurry small images, only one image or. . . EEK! No images!! In a survey by the National Association of Realtors, home buyers rated photos as the feature they use most when searching for a home on the web.
