So I met this guy and his wife at my office, they seemed very excited to relocate and find a home here in Orlando, Fl. We looked at decently priced homes, nothing too high, at $300k. I spent an entire weekend with them, just about 10 hours. They didn't make a move and I really didn't expect them too.
