clarksville tn real estate: Speaking of Facebook
- 11/02/09 10:48 AM
Speaking of Facebook, it is a great place to not only network but also to keep in contact with past clients as well as to reconnect with friends and family that you may not have been able to reconnect with otherwise. As Realtors it is a very powerful outlet to get your name and your services out to those who may be in the Real Estate Market. That said, it is wise not to press a person just because they befriend you or accept your friend request - the last thing a potential client wants in to be spammed by

clarksville tn real estate: Shopping for major purchases
- 10/27/09 03:07 PM
When shopping for major purchases are you more of an impulse buyer or one who conducts hours, days, weeks and even months of research to get the best value or what is the right 'fit' for you (and your Family)? I must admit that over the years my tactic has moved from impulse to massive research, especially when it comes to major purchases ($1000 or more in my mind). Pamela Ann will be quick to say that is because I have made some bad purchases in the past due to my impulsiveness and impatience (1988 Mustang GT 5.0 Convertible quickly gets

- 10/22/09 02:20 PM
FIVE QUICK TIPS TO GET YOUR HOME READY FOR WINTER 1. Roof repairs: If you can safely get onto your roof to inspect for missing shingles or other factors that may lead to a leaky roof, now's the time to do it! If not, call in a professional organization and have them take care of the rooftop work for you. 2. Seal it off: Inspect doors and windows to ensure that the weather-stripping is in good condition. This will keep your house warmer and cozier in the winter months. 3. Hot stuff: Make sure that your heater and ventilation systems

clarksville tn real estate: Soldier Ride Nashville 2009 - In honor of MSG James 'Tre' Ponder
- 09/29/09 03:05 PM

clarksville tn real estate: Did you ever wonder, or did you simply take it for granted?
- 09/28/09 12:40 PM
Did you ever wonder, or did you simply take it for granted that people really wanted you to answer the questions posed on the various Social Networking sites out there? Yesterday evening, for some reason, when I logged into Facebook I was about to post something when I realized the question posed 'What's on your mind?' As I thought about it, I wondered, do the 2,000 friends I have on Facebook really want to know what is on my mind? Do they want to know that I had a great day caring for a couple of Families looking for a home
