fort campbell: Tennessee Realtor's Code of Ethics - 07/09/08 02:22 PM
I know that we provide new clients our fudiciary duties in disclosure, however, I think it wise to let the public know of our Code of Ethics as well.  When buying or listing a home, the amount of paperwork that is presented to a client for review and signature can be very intimidating and overwhelming.  We try to explain each item, and elaborate on those issues that the client has concern or requires a better understanding of.  Prior to my becoming a Realtor, I had never been made aware of the Code of Ethics and I have bought many properties within … (2 comments)

fort campbell: Our new website 'Homes of Clarksville' - 07/08/08 12:39 PM
Special thanks to Roland for all his assistance and encouragement since joining this site.  It is very refreshing to meet a Realtor in your town (and from a different agency) that is willing to assist you in your journey.
Anyhow, I finally took the plunge so to speak and got Pamela Ann and I a better website in which to serve our customers and which to hopefully procure more.  I would appreciate your thoughts on the layout - it is still a work in progress but I do like how it is coming along and the tech support is grand!

fort campbell: One of the many benefits of living in Clarksville TN - 07/06/08 02:54 PM
Clarksville Tennessee is a 'Diamond in the Rough' that is currently being polished.  There are many benefits of calling Clarksville home one of which is the easy commute to Nashville.
Yesterday, Pam and I took our daughter and some friends to the Kenny Chesney concert at LP field.  A simple 40 minute drive south and you simply could not ask for a better day.  What a great concert - eight hours in total.  Needless to say we were all ready to head home after a day of great music.
And for those who are hoping to catch this tour - let … (3 comments)

fort campbell: Indpendence Day - A Day of... - 07/03/08 12:59 PM
Celebration for most Americans.  Hot Dogs, BBQs, Ice Cream and that evening some fireworks.
It is also a day of rememberance and of gratitude.  Rememberance of those who fought so many years ago to give us the freedoms we enjoy today.  Those who have perished in the years since to maintain that freedom.  And lastly gratitude to those who are in harm's way this evening and tomorrow.
So please, as we all enjoy our families, friends, and the freedom that we sometimes take for granted, take a minute and reflect on those who have paid the ultimate price which allows us … (0 comments)

fort campbell: A beautiful day in Clarksville Tennessee - 06/23/08 01:41 PM
Good evening to all.  A thought on my mind this evening, which I hope that folks will comment on is this:
What does a seller want in a Real Estate Broker?  Do they merely go for the person who has the best adverts?  Does word of mouth count?  Or is it simply from seeing a sign in a yard and contacting the Agent?  This is not to offend any agent and I truly hope that all will learn from any comments that OUR prospective customers/clients might post.  I have my own thoughts on this as I do with working for the … (2 comments)
