branson table rock lake homes for sale: Do you work expired/withdrawn? - 02/26/08 07:11 AM
I work expired and withdrawn listings. The best way is to pick up the phone. The only time I send out letters is if I cannot find a phone number. I have never had a response from a letter. I have had the best luck in locating phone numbers using www.yellowbook.com
I have had a lot of luck working expired/withdrawn. I have chosen a specific area that I want to market and focus on it, which happens to be the small town where I live. So how do I plead my case and convince them to list with me? I explain that I live … (10 comments)

branson table rock lake homes for sale: Table Rock Lake Spring Market - 01/03/08 04:32 AM
The housing market seems to be a major concern all across the country. I have to say that the Table Rock Lake area market is still going strong. We have strong buyers who are looking for second vacation homes. The lake is definitely our saving grace. The bridge was opened in 1927 and was constructed with materials around the river. It replaced the wagon bridge to accomodate vehicles. In 1986 the bridge was closed down to vehicles. In 1991 the bridge was placed on the National Register of Historical … (1 comments)
