Learn from me, I had a hard time disciplining myself when I first joined real estate back in 2006!  I had to seek outside sources to help me stay on track.  If you are new you will soon learn that even if you don't technically have a "Boss" hanging over your head then you will need to exercise DI...

Great question!  We see it all I think... well in terms of major life transitions we see many who take the plunge to buy their first home, then we see some who are relocating for various reasons like high taxes.  Other things real estate agents see everyday include dealing with divorce situations...
