Street Scape on Poindexter - Phase II (I think) are underway from Decauter to Chesapeake, putting in new sewer lines - estimated project time - 6 months. Then VA Power will begin putting their lines underground. Lots of work but worth the mess Also a new resturant opening up soon on Poindexter..
