We have a client under contract on a new construction home and when the inspector performed the inspection he noticed that the AC unit was 1.5 ton for a 1250 square feed under air in home 🤔 After we hired a third party to do a new load calculations builder agreed to upgrade and change the unit for the buyer.

Home Insections a.k.a. the deal killers. The questions of the day is what can a byer asked to be fixed VS what should they ask for.
