Hi Everyone! Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes on my recent excruciating sciatica attack that started two days before Thanksgiving. It was a mean attack and kept me in round-the-clock 24 hr. pain. My faithful two companions were my heating pad and ice pack. I am not sure but for the last two days - January 11th and 12th (today), I am pain free and hoping my nightmare of 46 days is over. I wish to thank you for your love and support. Also, today is Day 11 on the Paleo Whole 30 -- a healthy lifestyle eating plan. Doing really well -- only 19 more days … (11 comments)

Hi Everyone! I had a good day and hope you did also. I finally unraveled a perplexing issue that just would not be solved previously. Amazingly, it was solved today when everything just fell in place. Nice when those things happen, right?!? Maybe I should go out and buy a lottery ticket... ~Jane ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
