Hi Everyone!  Today I am on Day 3 of my challenge to take off a few pounds.
Those of you who might have seen my last challenge to lose 20 pounds which
I made with one of my sons, we called the "Tortoise and the Hare Challenge"
and we both terminated it when we got discouraged with the plateaus we
kept hitting. Truth is we both did lose over 10 lbs. And now we try again.
There are a number of quotes that tell one to pick oneself up on a fall or
failure and that is what we are doing. But this time we are adding extra
ammunition.
