Hi Everyone! Today I will complete two days on motivating, inspirational quotes that may help me in winning my personal, life-long battle ---- my hate of exercise. As some of you know, I have been in a 2-month battle with a very painful sciatic nerve attack, two days before Thanksgiving. I'm trying to find the root of my intense dislike of exercise and yet, knowing the benefit of exercise to fighting current and future sciatic attacks. Hi Everyone! Hey, I still cannot believe today is Friday - I remember Monday and not sure what happened to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I know that I had a somewhat challenging week ~ Yes, and one of my favorite quotes, credited to Joseph Campbell, came to mind: "The Cave you fear to enter holds the Treasure you seek."
