The Closing Gift, is as important part the transaction as making sure you have protected your clients by having all of the inspection done to make sure they are buying a solid home. When I first started selling Real Estate in 1994. Tracey and I would spend hours making home made miniature Christmas trees. This always put a smile on the clients face. At least every Christmas, I know they thought of us. It was not long before we both were so busy we longer had time to make our trees. We just had to find other things for our client.
