bay ridge: Happy New Year! Winter is Finally Here.

Even late into December the Northeast was experiencing higher than average temperatures right up until New Years Eve. It made it pretty difficult to get into the holiday spirit when the weather suggested more of a balmy night on the beach. Now that old man winter has finally paid us a visit, some of us are happy to be dealing with the 16 degree chill (fingers crossed for snow!)...but if you are anything like me I'm sure you're counting down the days til spring!

Keller Williams Realty Empire, located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY was proud to host one of the BIGGEST and BEST training events Brooklyn has ever seen on Thursday, March 26th at Gargiulo's Restaurant located in Coney Island.
At Keller Williams Realty, we see a need to continue to educate and help licensed real estate salespeople in our Tri-State area build their business, says Elizabeth Ameno, Team Leader|CEO of the Bay Ridge office. The energy in the room was amazing! We had over 250 agents from Brooklyn, New Jersey, Connecticut and Westchester that came to this event.
It was great to see the kids in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn out Trick or Treating! Looking back to last year, we were hit with Hurricane Sandy which was a tragedy on so many levels but also took away Halloween for the kids. New York bounced back quickly and I happy that a year later there are so many great things we are thankful for!
