motivation: Do You Have S.M.A.R.T Goals?

As a Team Leader, I love that I get to do things in the Industry that most people don't get the opportunity to do -- I get to meet and have great conversations with talented agents every day!!Today, I met with a "Super Star" agent! I spent almost 2 hours with him. At the beginning of our conversation I had asked him what his GOALS for the next year were. He replied, "To make more money!" Typical response, right? This video gives me chills every time I see it ... it is so POWERFUL and TRUE! Each of us is in possession of a "magical bank", we just can't seem to see it. The MAGIC BANK is TIME! Each morning we awake to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is NOT credited to us. What we haven't lived up that day is lost forever. Yesterday is gone. TIME waits for no one, FOLLOW UP every lead, make every second COUNT, always be CLOSING! every opportunity MISSED equals … (5 comments)
