Being a Sacramento landlord means you have to sometimes deal with tenants who don't leave your unit in the same condition as you rented it.
We get questions all the time at our Sacramento Real Estate Investment Club meetings about what to do when a tenant leaves their stuff behind. Many folks would just classify it as junk and throw it away!
