Any opinions on if Zillow.com is actually hurting or harming the local real estate markets? Does it really play a role in your listing presentations, & create doubt in the mind of sellers wanting to hire you as their agent if they have already done research on line and Zillow.com has told them that their home is worth 20% more than you have just comp their property at?? … (0 comments)

Are there any home buyers? If so... Where are they? Has the media frenzy about the Real Estate Market really evaporated any glimmer of hope that there once was in investing in our futures and the pride of home ownership? If this is actually the case, how can we as Real Estate Brokers reinstate that trust & promise of a bright future in home ownership?
