There are hundreds of country clubs throughout the Coachella Valley offering wonderful amenities like golf, tennis, and social memberships. One of my personal favorites is a small country club in the City of La Quinta. Palm Royale Country Club is a 354 residential condominium community that is surrounded by a beautiful 18-hole golf course. There are 6 condominium enclaves, all overlooking the golf course, that feature their own tropical style pools and Jacuzzis. Many of our buyers at Wasserman Realty Associates, Inc. are in the market to purchase a short sale. They've heard about some great deals and are looking to buy a home for as little money as possible.
