The address is the same, but the "house" is totally different! As of September 1, 2016 we have re-launched WayneZuhl.com! The new website has a ton of new features, including customizable searches, map searches, e-books, market updates, blog posts, facebook posts and so much more!!!! Well, we did it! We met the challenge of writing at least one original post per day for every day in November. It was fun, but also challenging at times. Here's a recap of what we wrote about. We wrote two posts on November 1st. One was about the time change and the other about No Shave November. As month went on we wrote about converting a rental listing to a sale listing, the trouble with short sales and those annoying robo calls from poiliticians. Did you know that 45% of people make resolutions but 24% fail every year? Of the people who made resolutions, almost half are about self improvement, i.e. weight loss or education and more than 1/3 are about money. It's no coincidence that those same states the KCM identifies as judicial states are the same states that are identified as the states with the highest shadow inventory. We share our home with Samantha the wonder dog and she's a mixed breed with some pit bull, some corgi, and some hound. She also gets violently car sick - oh, yeah, the vet said she would outgrow it, but she's 11 now so I'm not sure when she's going to outgrow it.
