Union, NJ, is home to nearly 57,000 people and is served by six primary (PreK-4) schools:

Battle Hill School Hannah Caldwell School Connecticut Farms Elementary School Franklin School  Livingston School Washington School  Central Five-Jefferson School serves grade 5, and Burnet Middle School and Kawameeh Middle School serve grades 6 though 8. Union High School serves 2400 students in grades 9-12.
 
 
Inventory: There are currently 345 single family homes offered for sale in Union. This is slightly higher than the 12 month average of 329 homes. High inventory creates a buyers market in which the supply exceeds the demand, driving prices down.

Cranford, NJ, is home to about 23,000 people. The town was listed as number 141 in NJ Monthly's Top Towns List last year. There are currently 53 homes offered for sale in Cranford, including this beauty.


 
The inventory in Cranford is lower than it was over the summer but appears to be following a normal annual pattern. January is usually a slower month in real estate, but Cranford had 21 sales which is very high for winter.

Clark, NJ is home to about 15,000  people. Student sin Clark attend Frank K. Hehnly Elementary School or Valley Road Elementary School,  Carl H. Kumpf Middle School for grades 6 - 8, and Arthur L. Johnson High School for grades 9 - 12. 

 
As of this morning, 35 homes are curently offered for sale in Clark.  This is significantly lower than Clark has seen in more than 2 years. Typically, this drives prices up as supply is not large enough to meet demand.
